Can we ship packages of any size?
you can ship packages of any size as we offer Sea freight for the larger items i.e refrigerators, stoves, sofas, barrels etc.
How long will it take for my packages to be available for pick up in Jamaica?
Packages are available in Jamaica between 24-48 hours after delivery to our warehouse.
Do I have to provide an invoice for every package?
Yes. invoices are needed to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country. if no invoice is presented, Jamaica Customs may not release the package(s)
How will I be able to track my packages ?
You will receive email notifications the moment packages have arrived to our warehouse, when they arrive in jamaica, when they are being cleared at customs and when they become available for pick up/delivery.
